Treehouse is built into a ancient Sycamore tree which is as far away as possible
from the other treehouses in a field of its own which gives guests a particularly
private experience. This treehouse has 2 elevated
levels and is built with timber from the local area. The doors & windows
are works of art, hand made in the shape
of branches, and are decorated with a variety of coloured beads.
Beautifully hand sculptured coloured flowers adorn the walls. The deck from
the main bedroom over looks a horse padock and the country side and then on
to the Drakensberg Mountains. On a clear day it is possible to see all the
way from Giants Castle to Champagne Castle.
The second deck from the bathroom is enclosed with glass and makes a wonderfull sunny room which keeps out of the wind after a lovely warm spa bath or shower. There is possibly no better place in the world to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sun set over Giants Castle
The bedroom is large with a Queen sized bed covered with a hand made quilt
depicting an imaginary tree. A fire place in the bedroom makes for cozy and
romantic nights leaving the winter chill outside.
